I’ll be the first to say that every single person on the team matters, including the coaches, athletic director, and equipment managers.

Every day at practice, when I was a collegiate soccer player, the starting team played against the non-starting squad every.

So, the better the non-starting squad was, the better the starting squad became, but the two halves equalled the entire team. Truly, the team had to challenge each other and grow individually in order to grow as a unit.

I didn't understand this until my fifth year, which was my third year as captain and post ACL tear number two.

But, this was my first time being on the non-starting squad, or otherwise what we called the Superhera Squad.

For awhile, I let my ego affect how I showed up, but eventually I learned from them. I realized the amount of heart and effort they poured into making the starters better, even while they knew that the starting lineup was set.

This squad represented the epitome of all-out effort until the final whistle.

Even when teammates are incredibly supportive on and off the field, the coaching staff and athletic directors are equally as integral in making decisions for the long term benefit of the team and players.

I built Superhera to push an industry to be better in how we think about fit for athletes.

I wanted to build something that supported YOU, coaches and Athletic Directors, to not waste time on sizing, and that made the lives of athletes better.
